Moots YBB – Tony
Going hrough the archives we found some custom gems that we havent shown you yet. For example this beautiful Moots YBB custom bike we made for Tony a while ago. Brother Cycles Mehteh – Hannes
Sweet Brother Cycles Mehteh we build for Hannes some time ago with Shimano 1×11 GRX groupset combined with Veloci 1×11 crank, DT Swiss G 1800 wheelset with Teravail washburn tyres. ZIPP cockpit with XPLR handlebar and matching ZIPP seatpost and Brooks C15 carved saddle.
Open U.P – Volkmar
A while ago we had the pleasure to build this colourful OPEN U.P. for Volkmar with Shimano GRX , Beast GR25 carbon rims with DT 240 hubs, ENVE handlebar and nice blue Hope Tech RX4 brakes (front one was still mising at that time and is now on the bike of course;-) and rotors.

Salsa Warbird – Kalle
Kalles first carbon fram form a big Online brand coudnt perfom as expected, so we had the pleasure to build this Salsa Warbird as replacment with SRAM Force AXS groupset, Salsa Cockpit and carbon seatpost and reynolds AR41 wheelset from the predecessor. Stealthy all black gravel beauty for fast and fun rides!

Surly Ogre No. 2
As said before it was two Ogre bikes we build for Gaby and wife (sorry forgot your name!) for the next big tour. Gaby and his wife came the long way from Netherlands to entrust us building new adventure travel bikes for them! No suprise, the 2nd bike is pretty close to Gabys bike: Surly Ogre, Shimano XT 1×12 drivetrain, Erase MTB rear hub and SON 28 dynamo laced to Syntace alumnium rims and Jones handlebar for multiple hand position on long tours. To stay visible they got a full SON light setup and for charging USB devices we added a steerer mounted Sinewave Reactor. Surly racks front and rear make sure they can haul everything they need on tour.

Surly Ogre – Gaby
Gaby and his wife came the long way from Netherlands to entrust us building new adventure travel bikes for them! Lets start with Gabys bike, a fully custom Surly Ogre with custom yellow colour, Shimano XT 1×12 drivetrain, Erase MTb rear hub and SON 28 dynamo laced to Syntace alumnium rims and Jones handlebar for multple hand position on long tours. To stay visible they got a full SON light setup and for charging USB devices we added a steerer mounted Sinewave Reactor. Surly racks front and rear make sure they can haul everything they need on tour.

Curce Cycling GXR – Andre
Time for some more customs we made this year! Another solid and adventure ready bike based on the Curve GXR Titanium frameset with Shimano GRX Di2 groupset, Hunt x Mason wheels 650b with Vittoria Mezcal tyres and wide Curve Walmer bar for control in every situation!

VPACE T2ST – Michel
Do you still remeber the bike we build for Maria? This is the matching Vpace T2ST we made for Michel some time ago. Build with Shimano 1×11 GRX 800 combined with Rotor Aldhu crankset, Hope Technology hubs laced to Goldsprint Carbon rims with WTB Byway tyres, Chris King headset, Goldsprint Ultimate carbon fork, ZIPP XPLR handlebar and Goldsprint Ultimate CNC stem.

Curve Cycling GMX+ for Dennis
This one was a premiere for us as well. Dennis was thinking about the ultimative bikepacking rig and together we planned this ultimative titanium Overlander! Based on the more than capable Curve Cycling GMX+ frameset we build this dream bike with @SRAM AXS Red/Eagle Mullet drivetrain, Rotor Kapic crankset, Chris King Bourbon rear and SON 28 dynamo front hub laced to unbreakable DT HX531 rims, Teravail Coronado 29×2.8″ tyres, Ritchey WCS VentureMax XL handlebar and Brooks Cambium carved All Weather saddle. A lot of mounting points on frame and fork allow Dennis to be abroad for a while and that’s what he is planning to do with his new bike! Get in touch if you have similar ideas!

Surly Midnight – Sönke
Luckily from time to time we get some parts to finish custom bikes as we did für Sönke. His beautiful Surly Midnight frame was equipped with a Shimano GRX810 groupset, handbuild wheels made with Hope technology RS4 hubs laced to650b Newmen Evolution SL X.A. 25 rim, shiny classic Ritchey Classic stem, seatpost and handlebar combination, Rene Herse Juniper Ridge tyres and Ergon SR Pro Stealth saddle for long days in the saddle.
