Curve Cycling GMX+ – Carsten
It was time for a another new bike for our long time customer Carsten! This time we are looking for something very off-road capable: The Curve GMX+ steel with tyre width up to 29×3″ was the perfect candidate! We build the bike with purple Hope Tech Pro 5 hubs laced to wide W33i Syntace rims (and purple nipples) and combined them with well proven Vittoria Mezcal tyres. The GRX 1×11 group was combined with a White industries crankset that matches the steel frame beautifully.

Cinelli King Zydeco – Thomas
As the weather is gray we want to bring some color in! Thomas yellow Cinelli King Zydeco dream bike was built with SRAM Rival AXS 1×11, DT Swiss wheels and high end Ritchey WCS cockpit and seatpost as finishing kit.

Sour Purple Haze – Laura
Time to present another custom bike before we leave for the holidays. Lauras Sour Purple Haze was build with fast touring and commuting in mind and sized according to a previous bike sizing by our friends at Diagnose Berlin. Wheels build with the most beautiful aluminium rim, the White Industries G25A, laced to SON dynamo and Hope Pro 5 rear hub. We choose 650b with WTB Byway tyres for maximum comfort while being fast. Shimano 1×12 groupset to keep shifting simple but effective. Ritchey Comp Butano handlebar combined with matching Comp stem and seatpost. Tubus carrier rear and the beautiful Allygn front rack for adding loads to the bike. SON Edelux frontlight and B+M rear light to bring brightness into the dark winter!

Brother Cycles Big Bro Rohloff – Christop
Coming towards end of the year its time for some more of this years highlights we haven`t shown you yet. One is Christop’s custom Brother Cycles Big Bro offroad touring bike. Built with Rohloff internal geared hub and SON dynamo front hub laced to DT Swiss XM 481 rims with green nipples. Combined with Vittoria Mezcal tyres for max. traction. Green Wolf Tooth headset fits the nipples nicely. Tumbleweed Mini Pannier and T-Rack for loading capacity and SON front and rear light so see and to be seen in the dark! Ritchey Comp finishing kit and Brooks Cambium saddle for the rest!

Scott Foil RC Pro HMX
Was a joy to build this Scott “Foil RC Pro HMX” for Tim. Beautiful custom wheel-set made of Beast Components deep “RX60” aero-rims & Syntace “Straight-RS” hubs complete this custom-build like the matching “Beast Ultra Bar” & a nice @rotorbike aero-configured “ALDHU InSpider” powermeter-setup.
Gears are changed by Shimano “Ultegra Di2” 12-Spd. running a of course Silca hot waxed chain.

Velo Orange Neutrino – Philipp
Another fun custom bike project from this year: The Velo Orange Neutrino is a fast and versatile city dweller capable in multiple roles, whether you ride to work or shred through the city park. This one was built with Shimano Alfine rear hub with internal gears, Hope RS4 hub front, tubeless ready 20″ rim, shiny Velo Orange parts like Cigne stem, headset and seatpost. Ritchey Kyote handlebar for comfortable position, Rollci crankset and Brooks Cambium saddle.

Surly Ogre – Benedict
For Benedict we built this beautiful Surly Ogre touring bike. Built with silver Rohloff hub rear with internal gears and and Hope Pro 5 front hub laced to DT Swiss XM 481 rims. The classic looking Stronglight crank is a good match with a steel frame. For max. stopping power with mechanical levers we used the well proven TRP HY/RD semi hydraulic dis brakes while a Salsa Bend handlebar offers an ergonomic position on the bike!

Sury Steamroller – Aron
Back to the basics fun singlespeed project for Aron! Shiny yellow Surly steamroller frameset was build with Surly hubs laced to H+SON Archetype rims. SRAM S300 crankset combined with golden IZUMI chain. Orange Chris King headset with matching Wolf tooth Spacers and a beautiful simworks stem combined with Tumbleweed persuader handlebar for upright an comfy seating position. Beautifully CNC machined Velo orange long caliper brakes with Paul levers for perfect stopping power.

Tumbleweed Stargazer – Magdalena
Time to introduce Magdalenas custom Tumbleweed Stargazer! We went full in on this one with custom colour and new matching Corvus carbon fork to save some weight on the front. Wheels made with Duke Lucky Star SLS4 carbon rims laced to silent Onyx rear hub and powerhouse SON dynamo front with a mix of Sapim CX-Ray and sprint spokes. 1×12 SRAM AXS Eagle / Rival drivetrain combined with Rotor Kapic crankset and SILCA waxed chain. Hope Tech RX4+ brake calipers for superb stopping power and awesome looks. Everlasting Chris King headset and bottom bracket in maybe the most beautiful colour 3D purple. Ritchey WCS Beacon handlebar for control and comfort in every situation and OneUp dropper seatpost to get the saddle out of the way if necessary. Tumbleweed Mini Pannier rear and Allygn front rack cover all transportational needs with ease. The green SON edelux in the front is a placeholder until we finally get our first batch of new Ladelux headlights with USB charger for long remote trips!
